Return Policy
Our commitment to your satisfaction
Standard Figurines — Returns
We accept returns for standard (non-customized) figurines within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The figurine is in its original, unused condition
- It is returned in the original packaging
- You provide your order number and reason for return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Custom & Semi-Custom Figurines
Because custom and semi-custom figurines are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned for a refund. However, we are committed to your satisfaction:
- We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions during the design approval process
- If the finished figurine significantly differs from the approved design, we will work with you to make it right
Damaged or Defective Items
If your figurine arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- A description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for verified damaged/defective items.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
